Policies
Check-in
Pick up the keys at the reception (open from 3:00 PM to 10:00 PM). It is possible to arrive earlier by making direct arrangements with the property after confirming the reservation (note: an extra charge may be required).
Check-out
Check-out must take place by 11:00 AM.
Children
Children of all ages are welcome. 1 child (up to 1 year old) can stay for € 20 per child per night using cribs (if available). Up to 4 children (up to 5 years old) can stay for € 20 per child per night using existing beds.
Pets
Pets allowed upon request. A surcharge may apply.
Cancellation
You can cancel for free up to 14 days before arrival. If you cancel within 14 days before arrival, the cancellation penalty will be the total amount of the reservation.
Payment
The total amount of the reservation is charged at the time of booking.
